    What is Reis Extreme Mixed Martial Arts?
    We are a uniquely family friendly, fun and safe Mixed Martial Arts training center offering self-
    defense, sport, life skills, and fitness training.  You don't have to be a UFC fighter to join in our
    classes but we know you'll get in shape and have fun training like one.  If you do want to be a
    competitor, we can get you there too!  Our programs are taught in exciting and energetic
    classes for adults & kids ages 3 and up in our signature Ries-Ryu Aiki-Kempo Mixed Martial
    Arts (MMA) method of self defense, 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu & Aikido self defense systems, as
    well as, our new Combat Elite training for the hard core individuals who aren't interested in
    rank or traditional style martial arts.  

  • Our kids classes, for ages 3 to 6, are based on: the nationally recognized Lil' Dragons pre-
    skills programs.
  • Our Juniors classes, for ages 7 to 13, are based on: life skills, bully defense, stranger
    awareness, fitness and self defense training to give our  kids the tools necessary to succeed
    in life.
  • Our Teens/Adults classes, for ages 14 and up, are based on: life skills, sport, fitness, stress
    relief, goal achievement, peer pressure defense training, as well as, building a persevering
    spirit to achieve their goals.
